How we work
Working with Occasions Mobile Bars is very simple - we offer 3 catagories of bar in two styles. A Pre pay bar and a Pay bar.
Download our Drinks packages, tarrifs and menu that corespond to your desired theme or style.
We can of course mix these up to make a bespoke package that suits your exact requirements.

Pre pay Bar
The easiest way to let us get your event bar underway is to let us provide the stock for you. This option runs via an up front initial cost (normally calculated per head), which allows us to serve your guests free drinks at your event without them having to transfer money during that event.
We have many drinks packages that are ideal for this option as well as our standard bar range & tarrif
If guest reach the maximum stock limit agreed prior to the event, money can be transfered to continue an open bar or a pay bar can be initiated

Pay bar
A pay bar is the fastest way to contract a bar from us and means that with an agreed deposit paid upfront, you spend the least amount for our service at your event. Whether you will have a head count of 50 or 1000 we can arrange a suitable bar for you and serve your guests with high quality drinks at reasonable advertised prices.
We supply all the equipment needed for a high quality bar along with our professional staff. With the agreed minimum spend made during the day/evening, your
deposit is then fully refunded.
